Uncle Chuck

ByNina | In Adoptable Cats

Hey, everyone! I lived with my owner in Middletown until they developed severe allergies to me. Unfortunately, that meant I had to lose my home and come to the shelter to find a new one. I was adopted and returned because my second home was too loud and it scared me. I am about 3 years young.

I can be a little shy at first. Loud noises and crowds can make me a little nervous, but if you sit with me for a moment, you’ll see what a love bug I am! I love being petted and playing. I am looking for a very quiet home where I’ll get lots of love and play, as well as a place next to you on the couch for some snuggles!

I haven’t lived with other animals before, and would do best in a home either as the only cat or with a cat who is very friendly and gentle like me. I can’t wait to become the newest member of your family!

Right now, the Monmouth County SPCA is purrticipating in an amazing program called Cat Pawsitive.
Cat Pawsitive is presented by The Jackson Galaxy Foundation (you might know Jackson Galaxy from his Animal Planet show, “My Cat From Hell”). The program is designed to teach shelter cats fun tricks to both help them stand out to potential adopters while providing enrichment during their stay at the shelter.
Right now, I’m working on “come when called,” “head boop,”and “nose boop.” I can’t wait to learn more with you!!
