I WON! WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
All auction items need to be paid for through eBay using their approved payment methods. No in-store payments are accepted. If you want to pick up your item at the store, select ‘Contact Seller’ after you’ve paid, and we’ll have the item waiting for you (please bring your eBay receipt). Otherwise, it will be shipped safely to your preferred address.

We will always accept your donated items. They may not be featured in this online sale, however all donations always benefit the animals under the care of the shelter.

Generally, all sales are final through eBay. But we love our customers, and inline with eBay policy, any items that don’t meet the description listed, or arrived damaged, can be returned to us through the eBay return process.
