ByNina | In Adoptable Cats, FIV+

Hi, friends!! I am one of the sweetest kitties at the shelter. (That’s what my shelter friends tell me-shhh, don’t tell anyone they said that lol)! I was found in a Freehold resident’s garage with my 4 teeny tiny kittens. We were lucky enough to spend the following 3 months in the beautiful Maternity Suite at the shelter. My kittens have grown into the most beautiful and fun little fluffballs and now they are ready to find their forever homes. And so am I!!!!

I am about 3 years young. I am a gentle and extremely affectionate kitty cat. I love to be petted and cuddled. I seem fine with other cats and I think I would make one fantastic family pet! (My shelter friends agree).

I am FIV+, which means that my immune system can be weaker than the average cat. This isn’t a problem as long as I am kept inside and up-to-date on vet visits and vaccinations. FIV+ kitties typically run into problems when they are left outdoors to fend for themselves. Lucky for me, I am done with my outdoor days!!!! FIV is only transmitted from cat-to-cat through reproduction and bite wounds. My FIV+ status doesn’t bother me one bit and I hope you don’t care either! I know you’ll love having me around for sure!!!
