Simon is a super senior at 10 years of age who was rescued from a hoarding situation in Howell where he and 11 other dogs were neglected. Simon is the last dog from this horrific situation still looking for his forever home. He appears to be a Chihuahua mix who weighs in at about 10 pounds.
Simon is a shy boy who is learning to trust people and just be a dog. He would do best in a quiet environment where he can get used to a new routine and not be too overwhelmed with too much activity. Simon will need lots of patience while he adjusts and learns to do basic things like walk on leash and seek out human interactions. Right now he is lucky enough to be in a foster home where he is taking baby steps to learn the basis of trust. He is very anxious to meet his new forever family where he can spend his senior years in a home that he very much deserves.
