Please support our work to investigate and prosecute animal cruelty.  SPCA stands for “Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals” and here at the MCSPCA we take that very seriously. We are committed to preventing cruelty to animals, and we see to it that a human being responsible for cruelty to an animal is brought to justice.
