Hi, friends!! I am one of the sweetest kitties at the shelter. (That’s what my shelter friends tell me-shhh, don’t tell anyone they said that lol)! Last summer, I was found in a Freehold resident’s garage with my 4 teeny tiny kittens. The nice lady who found us camping out in there brought us to the shelter so we could find our own purrfect families.

The MCSPCA has a beautiful separate Maternity Suite where growing feline families can stay until the kittens reach adoption age. My babies and I were lucky enough to live there for a few months while they grew up. Once they were big enough, they got adopted immediately!!! I have to say, I made some really cute kids!

While it was wonderful to watch my kittens being scooped up by their forever families, I can’t help but wonder when it will be my turn. I’ve been at the shelter for almost a year. My human friends can’t understand why-I’m affectionate, gentle, quiet and sweet. I’m young (about 4 years) and I am very easygoing. I am 1/2 couch potato and 1/2 playful kitten. I get along great with other cats. In other words, I’m a real catch, so it’s mind boggling why I’m still here!!!! I guess I’m just waiting for YOU!

I am FIV+, which means that my immune system can be weaker than the average cat. This isn’t a problem as long as I am kept inside and up-to-date on vet visits and vaccinations. FIV+ kitties typically run into problems when they are left outdoors to fend for themselves. Lucky for me, I am done with my outdoor days!!!! FIV is only transmitted from cat-to-cat through reproduction and bite wounds. My FIV+ status doesn’t bother me one bit and I hope you don’t care either! I know you’ll love having me around for sure!!!
