The aCATemy Awards were a success for every-kitty involved!

Twelve cats from the MCPSCA and sixteen cats from other shelters found their forever homes! Just look at the fun our staff and volunteers had while working hard finding kitties the perfect homes.

The Top Cat 2011 was also crowned on Saturday. Pins McGee earned the title by raising $500 for his friends at the shelter in the Virtual Cat Walk & Top Cat Contest.

Pins and his fellow contestants raised over $3,000 for the animals at the MCSPCA. Along with a great title and bragging rights for a whole year, Pins McGee will also be featured in next years Cat Walk and Top Cat Contest.

A beautiful gift basket will also be presented to Pins McGee’s family, which includes items generously donated by IDTag.com, Jodes Happy Tail in Little Silver, Kim Levin Photography and Branches in West Long Branch.
