All seven of her puppies have found their “forever homes”, while mom Gladys waits patiently for hers. This sweet Redbone Coonhound was rescued with her babies from a shelter in the South, just days before they were to be euthanized. It is our honor to provide Gladys with all the time she needs to find the love of a family. After all, doesn’t
every hardworking mom deserve a break?

Serenity is a one-year-old tiger cat who came to us with her face completely broken, bloody and bruised, with almost no fur at all. She had been stuck in an animal trap for days without food or water before being discovered and rescued by a local Good Samaritan. Serenity has been through a lot, probably more than we could ever imagine. Now it’s her turn to find happiness.

The Monmouth County SPCA serves as a lifeline for over 450 animals on any given day, saving more than 3,580 lives in 2010 alone. Adoptable pets stay with us for as long as it takes to find them a loving home.

Our Pantry Pals program helps us save lives!

No monthly donation is too small. You can help us move mountains and welcome miracles like Gladys and Serenity every day by taking small steps.
